Google Bad Review (2):  Beware! The owner’s attitude is about the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere – rude, patronising and aggressive.

Take your money and time elsewhere. Sells lots of Doctor Who merchandise but not much you can’t get easily (and cheaper) online. The museum has a few original props/costumes but many more replicas and they’re not always clearly labelled as such.

Don’t pay £500 for Cyberman helmets from them! Available much cheaper elsewhere.

And *definitely* don’t buy anything from them claiming to be an original prop, costume etc. They issue signed certificates of authenticity which are not right and don’t see the need to check the facts for themselves. If I didn’t query the authenticity of my purchase – twice – I would have believed my item was screen used based on the COA, which it is absolutely not.
