Google Good Review: Came here for a trial and they wouldn't get into anything without taking my payment information first. I think someone needs to explain to them what a free trial means.

Google Bad Review: They broke my laptop and my phone. Had to replace both devices. On iPhone I only asked to replace a protective glass on a back camera. After repair phone stopped responding completely. On MacBook they attempted to fix charging problem. They gave me back fully charged laptop but it was never charging even once. I was not able to come back and question it as I left Uk next morning. I called them asking for refund but they never got back to me. So not only they didn’t fix it they actually made it worst on 2 devices.
