Google Good Review: Super friendly reception. Room had AC which was perfect. Bed was super comfy. Bar downstairs was really nice and quirky and reasonably priced.

Google Bad Review: Was told we can check in at 12pm but on arrival the place was closed and we was left outside for over 30mins with no answer from the hotel on the phone. A passer by told us that we will have to bang on the doors and windows pretty hard for them to hear us so we was totally embarrassed myself and partner while we had the whole street watching us aggressively banging on the doors and windows. Finally after around 40mins all together waiting a woman answered and let us in. Check out was not well explained in email or from our abrupt check in, we were told to check out before 12pm, but at 10am all bar/reception area was locked with no one answering and no communication where to leave key, after 15 minutes of again banging on the door a member of staff came down half dressed and told us to put them in a box near the door. Disorganised visit, understandable it’s a bar, but more consideration needs to be had for hotel guests.
