Google Bad Review: You could tell from the start that these guys are only after your money. They hide anything they legally can in order to make a sale and after that make the least possible effort they can get away with. You can see this affecting the attitude of their sales agents and administrators.
Example of bad customer service:
– they did not allow a repeat viewing even after paying the holding deposit.
– after signing the contract and paying the money, they provided the landlord details and left us to connect and did not bother to do anything even when we asked.
– they said the property was professionally cleaned but the shape of the property was not good. Its as if they got the cheapest cleaners to do the job just to get it out of their way and charge big money for the cleaning.
– generally late to respond unless they needed something, usually money.
– refused to provide a reference – why the H do we pay you all the charges if you don't even provide references?
