Google Bad Review 1:  I went to pierce my 5 months old today. The lady Momena pierced my baby’s left ear in a wrong place. My daughter didn’t even move that much. Didn’t realise it then but went back there 5 minutes after that happened but then she made me wait for half an hour but said it will be a 5 minute wait. After she came, she took off my baby’s earring and she was crying so bad because obviously that hurt and it was very raw. She did another piercing which I had to care back home with wasn’t even in the right spot she made the mark on.

On the other note, she was very arrogant was shouting at her colleague Samia.

I bought a diamond & gold stud from their shop as a starter kid for £110.

I never write a review but this time it was out of another world. It is 5am in the night and I can’t sleep because how bad it hurt my baby, she was crying like crazy the second time in the same ear God is never gonna forgive me he’ll even I can’t forgive myself. It is still not in the right place even after second time . My husband was so mad at me because of that he left the shop with so much anger as he couldn’t see our baby girl in so much pain and crying the second time. She only cried for 20 seconds the first time. Such a brave sweet girl she is usually
It is my mistake I put so much trust in them but the truth is they are AO unprofessional especially Momena (supervisor who did the piercing) .

I am SO HURT & crying for my daughter m such a bad mum for taking her there god I hate myself.
