Google Bad Review:  Unprofessional and dishonest. They found a tenant, however, against my protests, didn't take a security deposit. The tenant didn't move in and I was left with a void period. As I wanted to let the flat ASAP, I re-marketed with them and was when Estateology's predatory nature really came out. They secured a new tenant and waited until just before completion as I was on holiday before insisting on new fees of 18%. When I complained that this was unscrupulous and unfair, especially given the cost they had caused me to incur, the official response from Sam, their MD, was “What other options do you have?”, knowing I didn't want an on-going void period. I was only able to recoup £125 in costs, after I threatened action via the Property Ombudsman.

Thankfully, I had also marketed with King's Group, who also found a tenant but were up-front, professional and significantly cheaper than Estateology.

Google Bad Review (2):  Overall, a fairly good service. They respond quickly when they are involved and have interest in the situation.
The renting process is fair and smooth, I remember contacting them and being shown around the flat only a couple hours later. Agents were nice and cared to answered our questions fully.
This doesn’t change the fact that they failed to provide a proper inventory. The first draft they sent us was missing a bedroom and a bathroom. This, and lacking communication contributed to significant delays in getting our deposit back.
