Initially went in for a consultation and to have a partial denture made
Discovered I needed to extractions , when I returned for my extractions I spoke to the head of the practice about a tooth I felt would make my smile more atheistically pleasing , my dentist came out of his surgery as she was passing and she said “well if a second opinion is what you want a second opinion is what you get “
She is a bare faced liar , I asked for her advice not a second opinion , this resulted in a failed appointment which then led into 2 other failed appointments , if I miss an appointment it’s a £79 fee , yet it’s cool for them to phone in with covid 5 minutes before Im due to sit in the chair , hygienist only cleaned half of my teeth according to new hygienist , holes in ceiling in surgeries , evidence of mice gnawing through skirting boards upstairs , since found a professional clean dentist , with state of the art surgeries , x rays are done in your chair not in a cubby hole that stinks of mice
Do not trust , staff were helpful and my dentist was a nice genuine guy but the liar who runs the practice bragging about being more expensive than “HIM” and causing me to miss my appointment , then 2 failed appointments after not to mention the 15 minutes with the hygienist for £80
New hygienist charged £80 and it took 45 minutes
Bizarre goings on with micro aggressions with the workplace for the other dentists within the practice
