Google Bad Review: The repairs included some fixes for our door, among which installing a draught excluder. After the guy left, I called him because I could no longer lock the door. He said it should be fine because the draught excluder is only 5mm (he had not checked if everything is ok before he left) and it would let out with time.
I managed to lock the door from the inside, but it was still impossible to do it from the outside. The next day I had to remove the draught excluder and install a new thinner one myself.
