Google Bad Review 1:  These people are just terrible. Their customer service had an attitude while trying to tell me they did me a favor. I don't trust their platform at all. They held back nearly $500 on a reservation that was incorrectly made. The availability showed unavailable after they ran and processed my credit card. Was their fault and they would not own up to it.
