Google Bad Review: Landline number returns an incorrect number tone and the mobile number is switched off. I sent an email at 8.30am and now it is 11.23am, with still no response.
You profess to be a 24 hour emergency service, and respond within one hour. Quite clearly this is not the case!
Thinking the only other possible contact method left for me to try is to write a letter to you! I doubt I'd get a response though!
I'm bemused as to how you have received 5 star reviews from other people!
Update: 29th March 2021. Review is staying put! People should be informed of your non-service! I understand and agree covid has been tough and businesses have been struggling but, do not misguide people by professing to provide a '24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE!' You should have writing/information on your website clearly stating then that this is not the case due to covid.
I did go elsewhere, and received top notch service.
Also, I have not been abusive or insulting. If you find the truth hard to digest then that is your problem.
