Google Bad Review 1:  I booked an appointment last week which i had to cancel as i had a fall an hour before, i emailed the salon as the phone was not being answered stating this and asked to re-schedule for the next day but had no response. however, calling again today to book for this weekend i was informed i was not allowed to until a deposit was paid via telephone to secure the booking?!?! iv never heard of this before when booking at other places to pay a deposit due to missing a previous appointment, lady stated no email was sent (see attached evidence of he email) and as for being a new customer its disgusting to be treated like this having explained a few times what had happened and why i was unable to make it. If staff are unable to check their emails and fail to respond it is not my fault or responsibility. Then being told she only came in last week for my treatment, again this isnt my concern or my fault << Realistically i shouldnt have even been told this, its indirectly blaming the client! anyway, i do have a lot of people who come to your salon and was recommended by them, i would love to hear their feedback about this. i will be finding another place to go to - 1st impression for a new client at this place is ridiculous. I had an allergic reaction and when I called up to inform them the lady I spoke to didnt seem bothered. Had to go doctors and was asked if a test was done first.
