Didn't even fix the tap that had the problem just replaced the washer on a separate tap. The issue turned out to be air stuck in cartridge. The Plumber i used to fix this problem questioned what you had done to the tap

Whatever your intentions where with this message doesn't matter. You made no attempt to indicate you meant “Is the problem solved” with “Peaceful Sleep” I find it unprofessional. Why would i call you? you didn't solve my problem so why would i pay you more to fix it again? We made several attempts to contact you via text before calling someone else to fix it but had no response.
I see from your other reviews you are good at your job and i'm sure that this is all a big misunderstanding but you got a be clearly sometimes. Asking a customer if they had a “Peaceful sleep?” just doesn't sit well with me.
