Google Bad Review: Do not stay here. Awful customer service. Our room had no Wi-Fi and I told the receptionist Marta and I was essentially told nothing can be done and to deal with it. I was told it would get fixed once I check out. Appealing service, I am unable to take meetings or use my laptop and phone due to the lack of Wi-Fi. No alternative was offered. Definitely getting a refund. Stay away!
