Google Bad Review 1:  Very basic salon. Their laser is fine. Impossible to get an appointment. They do not pick up the phone – literally categorically don't pick up. I'm not sure they even have a phone, just a fake phone number. The only way I've managed to get an appointment is via email.

Edit: when I arrived for appointment which as impossible to schedule in the first place, they didn't even have it on their system. What an utter joke.

Google Bad Review (2):  One star is a lot for this clinic: horrible customer service, impolite therapists, ineffective laser machines. I have now gone back to my old clinic in Camden Town and I have seen results from my first treatment. Moda donna treatments just don't work. During my first 2 appointments they have used a machine that was visibly broken as it had tape on the handle and during my 3rd appointment they changed machine without notifying me: the machine had a IPL handle but they told that it was not IPL. When I have made a formal complaint and asked for a refund for the treatments that I had not done yet they refused and told me that the reason of the bad results was my poor shaving, which is false and very rude, especially considering that I have always been very keen in following their recommendations. At the other clinic I have shaved the area in the same way and I was told that my shaving was perfect. At Moda Donna Clinic, they lye a lot and they use your shaving as an excuse for their ineffective treatments. I have reported the clinic to groupon, to trading standards and here, because I hope no-one else will be scummed by this people.
