Google Bad Review 1: I cannot express more how disappointed i am with this company. The fitting is so poorly done that i feel like ripping my £1200 living room carpet and changing it again.
I contacted this company several times to resolve this. Eventually they attended (after few months and several calls) but even then did not resolve it. I still see fold marks. On top of that the carpet is off poor quality despite the price i paid. Im livid as i returned to this shop to purchase again. I would have thought my loyalties would favour me, but clearly they do not care. I will not be shopping from there again.

Google Bad Review (2): Don't be fooled by their appearance. Fell out with the workers who insulted my elderly parents. Fittings were poor, specially the corners were not done properly. Don't bother with them, go elsewhere!
