Google Bad Review 1: JULY 2020 – Great Company for bookings through pandemic – poor company for paying – Claiming high commissions with 14 days payment – but taking under 14 days, then claiming payment of accounts to be made to us with 28 days, but actually putting it through for 6 weeks later and still bills outstanding from June – now in mid august and still no payment. UPDATE at End of SEPTEMBER 2020 – STILL NOT FULLY PAID – Querying invoices 3 months later and disagreeing with their own confirmation emails. All Commissions though have been taken – we owe them nothing, they owe us many invoices.

Google Bad Review (2): Have tried to squeeze commissions multiple times without ever getting agreement for them. Just hiding claims in small print. and lied when making reservations about room rate quotes.
Guests arriving at the hotel were not informed about anything by the booker and always seem disappointed.
