Google Bad Review:  I had a quote and schedule from Mo to complete an installation job for my bathrooms. I was given a schedule 11-13.00 and there was no show or no updates. So after couple calls, the plumber came by at 15.30pm and said they will need to reschedule as the work needed more time, they didn't have all the parts and will cost more than agreed. It was unprofessional to commit, make uninformed promises which wasted my time and effort in planning this work with them, waiting for a day to discover I would have to go back to the table to find new quotes. Rather disappointing and sad to see a well reviewed company fall so short on delivery and any integrity with actual service.
