Google Bad Review:  So I trusted Paul from Bow Wow with my dog, thinking he would take him to the day care facility. Reality seems to be they don’t have any staff, and Paul took my dog to his house and put him in a crate. This obviously traumatised my dog since he’s not used to crates. When I requested pictures of my Dog, Paul sent me one in a place that looked like a small terrace, telling me this was some place at the day care facility, I felt very strange about it which is why I texted him and asked for videos and wanted to know what my dog is doing. Paul then called me making excuses, when I tried to FaceTime he didn’t pick up and made more excuses. Then 10 minutes later I receive a weird 5 second video from the same small terrace of my dog and 2 more dogs and you can hear Paul being out of breath, it seemed like he was in a big hurry to get home so he could send me a staged video trying to further safe his lies, the video was only a few seconds and apparently Paul had to stop filming because the dogs started fighting. Unlike Paul they seemed totally calm in the video btw. When I started asking lots of questions he just continued to further drag himself into his lies and made weird excuses, telling me he can’t face time because he needs his focus to watch the dogs but I would be welcome to come by the day care facility any time. Well, when I said I would come now he suddenly wanted to bring my dog back to me during mid day, which is pretty weird considering he just told me before he was watching 6 dogs all by himself, so would the other ones then just wait at his house in crates by themselves!? I then made some research and found pictures on Paul’s Dogs Instagram account with the exact same terrace stating that this is at his home, confirming my suspicion. So Paul has continuously lied to me and actually went to great length to make up his story and trying to hold it up. I probably wouldn’t have worried about this too much if my dog hadn’t seem traumatised and a bit off since Paul brought him back 2 days ago. I confronted Paul today to give him a chance to explain to me what happened and what he did with my dog, he didn’t bother responding although he read my message which is why I am writing this (my first) review now. He obviously doesn’t take the responsibility of watching someone else’s dog seriously and goes to great length to make up stories and lie. I also just saw he writes his own reviews.
