Google Bad Review 1: 40 minutes on the phone just to be told “we have no appointments left”….Then the receptionist says “I can leave a note with some person can't remember who and then the doctor will decide whether to call you back or not… I say “But the dr doesn't know what's wrong with me” “Well you tell me and I write it on the note” No I'm not telling you your a receptionist not a doctor… Can I speak to the practice manager?”bare with me” No she's in a meeting,When will she be back from meeting? We don't know….I am truly disappointed with the service from this practice today…

Google Bad Review (2): Was told when joining I could phone and get an appointment within a week or two most. Since then either have to ring at 8am when everyone is trying, wait a month or until midnight to book online. Never had this in Maidstone. Don't even know what my Doctor looks like, I am always offered the same one who I find awquard and don't get the chance to say anything myself as he seems to shut me down. Already moved from St Richards Road because of waiting time. Not happy.
