Google Bad Review: On 4 different occasions I have waited on hold for long periods of times, only to be hung up on by reception. If on the off chance they do decide to take my call, i do not make any progress what so ever. I’ve had a serious stomach issue that has been going on for nearly a year, I’ve taken multiple blood tests and samples for this and also an ultrasound, when they come back negative the doctors dont know what the next step is to locate the source of the problem. I ended up giving up, but I recently called to find out there is no data on the system for me so I’m back on square 1 again. Avoid this place at all costs, the doctors have no respect or care for the patients. Definitely the worst doctors I have ever come across

Google Bad Review: Edited: They have a problem with their systems issuing prescriptions which is a serious problem that needs looking into. The first prescription was issued to Benson’s across the road in W2, went there and they said they haven’t got it and that it was sent to Acton. I called the GP and asked them to issue it to Bayswater pharmacy which they did. I went to Bayswater pharmacy and they said they also haven’t been sent it but could see it was sent to Wandsworth pharmacy?! Had to order it privately in the end and pay double for it.

Google Bad Review: 50 minute wait with a poorly child

I just waited 50 min in the isolation room with a toddler with itchy chicken pox, fever, and due a midday nap. It was a really hard and upsetting wait. If I was informed it was running as late as this I would of rescheduled. I eventually began to walk out, and without an introduction, or apology, a lady (who I’m not sure was a doctor) told me she will send me a link for pox. It was a shrug of the shoulders attitude and she mispronounced my daughters very simple name too.

There was also no other patients who left or were waiting during my wait. Perhaps she was on lunch.
This was my first appointment after recently moving to Harrow. I’ll be changing the practice asap.

Why people from reception they give only a date for appointments? I said after 15th of September, they told me that they can’t make it. Only in 6th of September is possible.. What is happening to the reception??? I can’t understand I am trying To make an appointment for Harrow wealdstone for more thant 2 months, but the reception is very unhelpful and rude. I was kind and I asked nicely, they close the phone in my nose…. That’s rude! I am really sad. I will move myself and my family from this medical center…

Google Bad Review: Shocking service from a what was supposed to be a highly reputable private healthcare provider. Receptionist not very well informed or knowledgeable about services offered. She kept consulting the nurse or doctor nearest to her but clearly somethings were lost in translation.

I requested an INR test for someone. She told me it’s possible and you get the result there and then. I paid the fee of £38. The test was done the next morning and then I saw an additional charge on my card for phlebotomy for £30 which I was not informed about. Strike one. Was told the result would come in 24 hours rather than there and then. Strike two. 24 hours later instead of providing the report they tell us the blood sample wasn’t done properly so the patient needs to get it done again. Strike three. We went back to get it done and were told 24 hours from there. Still no result. Never again.
