Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  Mustafa Hassan

Google Bad Review 1:  I must say that i'm very surprised by the number of positive reviews this firm has received but i guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I did not have a good experience at all. Complete and utter waste of time enquiring with a firm with unprofessional and rude solicitors. I contacted the firm as recommended by a number of family and friends to enquire about an immigration matter. I spoke with someone called Jordana who seemed very uninterested and bored with what i had to say and any questions that i asked she responded in a patronising manner. Because of this i decided not to bother pursuing my matter with OTS Solicitors. Another friend of mine saw Vishal Makol about 3 weeks ago and told me how rude and unprofessional he was. firstly he came to the meeting extremely late and then asked questions in an inappropriate way. He brought a beverage and bar of chocolate into the meeting room without offering and decided to take a bit of the chocolate before sitting down , I just find this very bizarre and unprofessional. I cannot stress that OTS is not worth the money or the good reviews that it receives.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Ahad Jalal

Google Bad Review (2):  I don’t know where all the good reviews is coming from. May be they have some people who is working on their reviews. Terrible place hungry for money. I was going to make an application for tourist visa for my wife. At the beginning they said application charge will be 1200 pound I said fare enough by seing their reviews. However we have agreed to pay it by installment, therefore I paid 500 pound but they said they did no get it, I sent the picture of my receipt then they said they have received it. But no progression because I did not pay another 700 pound. By watching they are making late I asked them 3 months already gone so I’m not interested for tourist visa it will be better if I wait another 3 months and bring my wife as spouse visa. However they said it will cost me 2000 pound. I was not happy because everytime I have been there they said it’s not a problem but when I left they forgot everything and I had to chase them. I asked for some refund but they refused to give me. No hope please don’t go there by only watching their reviews. Terrible place and made me disappointment.

Google Bad Review 1:  Try all means to avoid.

I don’t know how they manage to get some fake good reviews, but the reality is this firm offers no response to counterparty solicitors for weeks, makes no progress on legal works for months, and does no communicate at all even knowing you are in urgent situations. Like another review said, pay peanuts you’ll get monkeys. Try all means to avoid.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  T_M OfficialAccount

Google Bad Review (2):  Hi,

I have been with bindmans for 1 year now and they still haven’t done a single thing for me they have taken my kindness for the weakness and have applied for legal aid and now I can’t get another solicitor company to deal with my housing situation because of this company I advice no one to use them they are useless and are crooks and thiefs and the people who work for them are not trained to deal with people don’t use them. The manager called Paul brings ain’t good at communicating with people . The lady that I had also didn’t wanna help me after all she was the lady that I was meant to call up to deal with my case she’s the one making me feel like I was getting somewhere and lying about the whole situation all along I will be sharing this all over the internet eg Instagram Twitter and TikTok and other social media platforms. This company is a scam don’t use them. They have left me in state to deal with the council all on my own.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Human Resources

Google Bad Review (2):  The service was atrocious. It took them too long to assist us and charged us £900 for preparing a generic contract/Staff handbook which wasn't specific to our company and seemed as though it was a generic copy they had. When we requested amendments which required copy and pasting from what we have on our website and sent it in an email and requested to change staff names to their titles only they charged us £1800 (this included a less than 10 minute phone on legal advice). When we disputed this we were given no assistance and referred to the debt collection team. We as a company will never be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Why is it so difficult to get the most basic level of service anywhere nowadays

Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  Ryan Chen

Google Bad Review 1:  DO NOT USE – This law firm conned me into engaging them and then proceeded to run up an amazing bill for nothing accompanied by extreme inertia and a complete lack of expertise. They took my money and they lost me money.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Ian Whitmore

Google Bad Review (2):  I used this company recently for conveyancing.
Duncan Grant of the Bookham office is the worst conveyancing solicitor I have ever used.
Forget your time scale they work to their own one regardless of what you say or your requirements.
I will never use them again.

Google Bad Review 1:  One of the most expensive companies ever! AVOID at all costs. It is important to get good service when paying premium prices. This company neither gave good service or good price. We were over charged every step of the way and their due diligence was terrible. What ever you do go find a decent solicitor elsewhere that does not tear you a new backside without even smiling at you when they do it.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  robin thefox

Google Bad Review (2):  Not courteous enough to call back at all, even though they say they will. Even one of the partner's secrataries failed to return a promised call for an appointment I'd been asked to make despite me ringing twice. I've just wasted a whole week on them and am no further forward. The bottom line is they just don't care for private individuals and it really shows. I'll be going elsewhere and thinking I dodged a bullet.

Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  Paul Toppin

Google Bad Review 1:  Awful so far, been ignored for weeks. Consequently risking my flat sale and putting me at increased financial risk. To top it all off, the switchboard just aggressively barked at me “what are you talking about?!” then hangs up on me when I introduce myself.

Why is it so difficult to get the most basic level of service anywhere nowadays

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Maria Picornell

Google Bad Review (2):  Terrible terrible service!! Always need to chase up with the person who is handling my situation because they just do not reply!
