Google Bad Review 1:  I had initially called in to request a Roco Toliet seat and they advised me to send the pics in via email and they would come back to me within a couple of days. I hadn't heard anything until 1 week went past so I decided to chase them and spoke to a very rude, impolite man called Surinder! He first had put the phone down probably wanted to get off early and then cheekily said he had pressed the wrong no??? You would have thought someone who has been working there a long time would not get that wrong! anyhow he started having a very bad attitude on the phone very unhelpful to the point I actually said I did not want to give him any business based on his attitude and rudeness. My first and last experience with this company! I will be spreading the word everywhere to warn others.

Google Bad Review (2):  We bought some items recently. When purchasing the product we asked sale assistant. She said as long as it is not opened and in its original package is refundable. When we tried to return it the next day the owner refused to accept it even though sale assistance said it’s refundable. Avoid this shop at any cost as they are not honest
