Google Bad Review (2): My mother and I visited here with a flier we received at a wedding fair. We were completely looked down on, and Nigel (I presume) even felt it good customer service to argue about the date we would have gathered said flier. We had not realised that the appointment system had changed but again, Nigel made no secret of his displeasure seeing us in his shop. I suggest that if Nigel does not appreciate the business drummed up by wedding fairs, he does not advertise his establishment at them.
