Google Bad Review 1:  I'm surprised to see other reviews about rude receptionists. Thought it was a one off?!? – I was harrassed and called a liar when I turned up for my appointment, which I believe the manager dealt with. Though the manager is very friendly, the dentist is very financially motivated and not client focused whatsoever.

I was pressured to go for the invasilgn instead of the 6 months smile for better results. I was not happy with the Clincheck results (the video to show what your teeth will look like at the end) I emailed and came in to speak to the dentist about my issues and he advised me he understood and kept mentioning the additional £395 I would have to pay after treatment if I wanted further aligners (good to be advised about this fee, but it was a constant reminder beforehand like he expected to get there? – not positive). I had to show him on the computer what was bothering me about the teeth and moved them manually myself. He said he would send this off and send me a copy of the new Clincheck.

About a week later, I got an email with the new Clincheck video which was more or less the same as the first! So I called. Complained. Spoke to both the manager and receptionist who assured me this was normal and that most people have to go through several Clinchecks to be happy. I was asked to send an email to specify what I was unhappy with (though I made myself very clear in my previous email and when I spoke to the dentist face-to-face). About another week later, a similar video which again disregarded all my suggestions. I asked for a refund which took forever and found I was charged for the 3 Clinchecks (roughly £700). How ridiculous!
Apparently invasilgn cannot achieve perfection (though I was sold this product when I first opted for a 6 month smile and was constantly told it could solve the overlapping of my two front upper teeth).

The Clinchecks had my two teeth still overlapling but everything else was straight. If this wasn't achievable then why go ahead and submit anothed Clincheck and charge me for it when it is not solving the 1 problem I came to you for? Completely unprofessional service, lack of patient care. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I've now found another practice that sent me a Clincheck the first time around with the exact results I wanted. It is possible! Don't waste your time. The practice should be stripped for all their awards.

Google Bad Review (2):  Not a very good dentist, I wanted Invisalign braces and after spending £700! On xrays I’m told the risks and given the paper work. Also he missed vital dental work which I then had to go to another dentists. This dentist is fine if all you want is a hygienist and a dentist who really doesn’t know what he is doing!
