Google Bad Review:  Just awful service and a complete lack of sympathy for patients. They had booked me in for a hygiene cleaning cleaning treatment on 5:30pm on a Friday, which meant me taking time off early from work so I could get there on time, I get there 10 mins late, and the hygenist is standing at reception and blankly rejecting me for being 10 mins late without a decency to understand or sympathise with the fact that a small delay should be expected for a lot of people who have to use the tube in London which are often affected by delays and other issues.

They then explained that they'd tried to call me before to confirm my attendance. Checking my phone I realised these calls were made half an hour before my appointment, which meant I'd be on the tube and unable to take calls. And amazingly, as I was explaining all this to the hygenist, he had the audacity to just walk away from me like a child.

If you value yourself as a human-being and would expect a shred of passion and care from the people whose jobs are to care for your health, then do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs, because you will not get any of that here.
