Google Bad Review 1:  Becoming greedy, difficult and rude. Too difficult to book an appointment for my mum as the practice is getting very bad due to great rudeness to their patients. The manager called Stacy did not resolve the problem and she was very difficult and rude. My mum had to change the practice as she had urgent condition.
My dad had also a minor procedure last year and the dentist dr IKER LEZCANO, let him leave the practice with blood coming from his mouth, dripping a lot in the street, the dentist did not bother himself to finish the treatment.
They are Getting vert bad and will lose their patients due to bad management.

Google Bad Review (2):  Have always found the NHS side of this practice to be very good. I took the decision to have treatment for a bone graft and dental implant.
Appointments for this work were heavily led by a dental nurse. Many things to note: I was not informed that my sinus was perforated when the tooth was extracted (possible complications to the bone graft); Appointment to review the site healing was not attended by the dentist, nor did anyone actually do a clinical review of the site in my mouth (the presence of granulation tissue went unnoticed)
The implant appointment again was heavily lead by the dental nurse – she prepped me: asked me to take a pot of pills without first explaining what they were and their purpose. Dentist only appeared after the prep and with barely any communication injected the sedation: there was no review in my mouth prior to sedation (again granulation tissue was present); there was no chair side discussion as to what he was expecting to do (not in accordance of the SAAD leaflet given to me).
I awoke from sedation to hear “it’s gone, the bone graft has gone!” which was very concerning. Dentist had left the scene and made no appearance to discuss what had happened. Was left again with the nurse who also offered up no explanation before being ushered out of the building.
Was called by the receptionist the following day to ask how I was after sedation but there was no call from the dentist himself. Indeed there were no other calls from the surgery for 13 (thirteen) days after. I was called by the Treatment Coordinator who gave the feeble excuse that someone had left and my notes were incomplete (at that stage they hadn’t even been written into the system)
Needless to say there was a total lack of confidence in this practice and I got a second and third opinion from elsewhere to be told I had a prolapsed and highly infected sinus which required maxillofacial surgery .
Complaint to the General Dental Council concluded that some aspects of the care were below the expected level and that Dentist had not followed best practice by not calling me after the surgery. In summary I would not recommend this dental practice as there was a total lack of care and attention from the dentist .

Google Bad Review (2):  Very dissatisfied with my experience with Best Health Clinics. A year after my last check up with an NHS dentist who informed me I would soon need 1 filling, I had a check-up and was informed by Best Health that I would need 6(!) additional fillings at tremendous cost. Sceptical of this, I checked with a university professor teaching dentistry during a recent stay in Vienna (given the wretched state of finding a public dentist in this country), who rightly informed me that I required a single filling and cautioned against any further work! Best Health claimed that that their work is ‘preventative' but sadly my experience is that they are merely in the business of money-making.

Google Bad Review (2):  I had an implant placed by Dr. Simon Nocton 7 weeks ago. One of his nurses gave me 5 types of medicines to take 30 mins before the operation without providing correct info about what the medicines were. The medicines have caused me severe side effects. 3 weeks later I emailed Simon and asked for full details about the medicines including the 2 black tablets. I was given a Pre-Surgery Medication sheet upon a check-up appointment. It turned out that the medicines were much stronger and higher doses than advised. I asked Simon to clarify what the black tablets were; nurse Mirran said they never had black tablets in the clinic. I asked to speak to the other nurse who advised me on the medicines before taken, but it has been 4 weeks now, I haven't received a response. Also the communications with them hasn't been easy in general in terms of advice on implant as I have done quite a bit of research on implant and crown restorations, but I don't always get answers for the questions I raised.

A small world I actually met a friend of the guy Slash Jack who left the last bad review who works one floor down from me. Just the stairway leaves you breathless it's like climbing 100 floors to get to a dentist. Then there's the rude staff and the over subscribed unnecessary treatment. Apparently I need 5 crowns yes right! I walk straight back to my old dentist Barbican Dental Care. Thank you very much. Lucky escape. Reported this account to google!!!!!!!!!

Google Bad Review 1:  Went here almost a year ago and after feeling concerns of having a wisdom tooth…the dentist told me she didn’t see one in my X-ray. A few months later I went to another dentist who clearly showed me the wisdom tooth in my X-ray and couldn’t believe I was told otherwise. I just got this tooth pulled out and I honestly don’t know how a trained dentist would not be able see this and I’m unhappy with the treatment I received here. I also remember feeling very dissatisfied about the cleaning because they didn’t do an in depth thorough cleaning. I was in and out within 15 min…whereas a normal dental cleaning typically takes 45 min and uses a precision tool to get in between every crevice whereas they just buffed over with a machine and that was basically it. I came back and asked them to clean it again but they just ended up doing the same thing which is why I went elsewhere. Anyways, I’m not happy with my treatment here and wouldn’t recommend.

Google Bad Review 1:  I got an appointment quickly and staff was also polite and friendly .They followed all the covid 19 rules and regulation. Was very neat and clean. But was not satisfied with the service as I had to revisit them again after my filling,to which the doctor was nice enough to not charge me any amount and then they further checked with me after couple of days
