Google Bad Review 1:  Not good at all. I had dental hygiene treatment-it was done – not professional,no- stain removal at all… just some kind of flossing and polishing. At the end-hygienist did not gave me a mirror to check, how my teeth looked. Just outside-I checked – with my mirror-and thought – they look the same-like-before the treatment. Waste of money and time. So, booked in other place-it was everything done properly and mirror was provided-to see if I am happy with results.

Google Bad Review (2):  Cancelled appointment after I checked in and was sitting down, they apologized and rescheduled but more time off work. Later in the day spoke with reception they said the lady who could handle complaints could cal me back Tuesday, no call by Friday and then whole host of stories that didn't add up. Absolute shambles avoid at all cost. If they cant get admin right it doesn't fair well with medical treatment and records

The dentist himself is great when you get that far, shame about the rest of the process

2 weeks ago I booked an appointment in reception. Receptionist said wrong amount for appointment (£25) and that I will have an X-RAY because long time ago I was here. OK.
When I came today on time for my appointment, everything wasn't what I expected. I needed to wait 20 minutes to see a doctor. Then doctor Roshini Patel asked me “how can I help” and she only looked at my hurt tooth, not every teeth what I expected for the £25. She never asked me if I want to have an X-RAY. She looked at my hurt tooth, did not cleaned this tooth before filled, only liquid and filled in white filling. It was very quick and not accurate. At final she said that it is fixed and it costs £90, it was 10 minutes later. I paid for all £110, – £20 for delayed appointment and not accurate examination (receptionist said that this was for doctors time, but it was 20 minutes later, no xray, late appointment (I needed to leave from work place for this time) and not cleaned only filled tooth what I will need to be revised in another dental service.
This service was not I expected. Receptionist lied me about price, delay appointment not worth this money! not positive questions about xray, maybe I need this. No smile and only repugnance.
I can pay £200 if this service can be good, but it is not good at all. Please avoid this dentalcare!!!

Google Bad Review 1:  Another bad taste corner shop, off license attitude. From my perspective this is not a dental practice but a mere joke. Some public relation training would be of great help but I am pretty sure they do not hold the property of the term/concept therefore they would have troubles into looking for classes. Long story short – I was unfortunate enough to visit this off license for a bridge recement procedure (quite straight forward procedure I would say and basics of any dental practice) not for this practice though. I was informed that the tooth under the bridge is not looking good and that the bridge won't hold for long, which was something I was aware of. However, I did not expect to be able to pull out the bridge with my tongue just after two days. At that moment I called the corner shop and ask for full refund as I was gutted by the whole thing – they asked to come in to see for themselves. Once I got there they were looking to recement the bridge but I said no and asked again for a full refund. They have declined a full refund invoking several reasons. All in all the experience was awful, left disappointed with the feeling that I have visited a shady market trader selling rotten fish at Billingsgate market. There are so many things they should improve that I could write a case study on them.

Google Bad Review 1:  My cousin have had an emergency 01.01.19. To be honest the Doctor was brilliant but unfortunately the receptionist was very un-profesional & quite arrogant when we were tryind to get an appointment. He told us that normaly we need an appointment but that evening we could've went directly to the surgery but when we arrived and called again(sutprise! Surgery was closed) he told me that i misunderstand what he told me and definitely we needed previous appointment. However the Doctor attended and treated my cousin's emergency but he advised him to look foward for this problem. Even there as i was sitting on the waiting room waiting for my cousin to come out the receptionist was looking very unfriendly to me but i just ignored him.
Tonight I have had to calling again the surgery because my cousin seems to be in terrible pain. Again, the same receptionist attended the phone call with the same bad manners even worse.He was laud, rude and very very un-profesional. To my shame, i must recognise i was quite rude to him as well and i feel sorry for it as this was inapropriate for the education manners i've received.
It is very sad to know there are some good Doctors but how poor and ruin are the reception & and telephone services. Hopefully the surgery may take some actions in regards this receptionist employee.

Google Bad Review 1:  I am a customer who has paid this dentist well over £1,000 for treatment in the past but when I called today to make an appointment I was asked to pay immediately over the phone – and that after being asked to “hold on” three times by the receptionist who obviously didn't know how to book a check-up and the hygienist at the same time, nor could she get my date of birth right. Past experience with this dental clinic was exemplary, but obviously they are now trying to resolve the problem of people making appointments which they don't keep. If they want to retain my custom however they will have to find a different way which will treat existing clients with at least a modicum of respect.

Google Bad Review (2):  I arrived with pain in my wisdom tooth on Wednesday last week. The dentist looked and said that it is decayed, there was a hole. I said to take it out. She didn't, instead filled it “temporarily”. After she finished, she explained that the filling is just like a gum and that it's not going to last long. The following day I was feeling pain, like a cut in my mouth but I put that down to thinking it could be the anaesthetic injection wearing off after the filling. By Saturday noon, I was in a lot of pain. I asked my friend to have look inside my moth and she said that all my moth is black and swallowed with pockets of infected liquid. Inside my mouth around the problem toots I was open wounded, there is a hole next to the tooth and infection. My gums, bone and face hurt. I went to Royal free on Saturday, waited about 4 hours to be seen, when the A&E doctor saw me, he told me to call emergency dentist, which I did and was given an appointment that Saturday evening. The emergency dentist that saw me told me that it's an infection, that the wisdom tooth is broken, hence cutting into my cheek skin, I was prescribed 2 different antibiotics for a week and told to contact my dentist.
On Monday morning I contacted the dentist I told them what happened, that they will have to put the tooth right, they will fix it of they will referr me to hospital to have extraction or whatever was the best thing to do. The receptionist said that she needed to speak with the dentist that worked on me last week and that she will call me back. I didn't hear anything back until about 1-1:30 pm. I had to call back, I asked me to hold the line and my call was transferred to Shahab who has work on my tooth two years ago, it wasn't him who worked on my tooth last week Wednesday, and he said to me very quickly:”hi Sami, this is Shahab, based on your comment you posted on the surgery's google page website, you will have to look for another dentist”. I was shocked, I couldn't believe that, they take your money, damage you, make your condition worse. Because of the attitude and unacceptable answer via the phone, I am taking it further and complain to the relevant bodies and will ask for the lost days of work to be recovered.

Google Bad Review 1:  After paying £20 for a check up I end up with a referral sent to Maxillofacial and Orthodontics Department which after 3 months sent me a letter and says that the referral can't be accepted and needs to be solved by Prais Dental.
Prais Dental is not working at NHS rates, is private.. they only do referrals.
Disappointed.
Avoid if you're expecting to have nhs treatment.

Google Bad Review 1:  I don't recommend this clinic. After being told I needed to spend £1K on some ridiculous private technique for gum disease treatment – before I'd even received a report (!!) I went to Eastman dental hospital and they said I didn't need this, just a good deep clean that cost me £90 with my regular dentist. They will scam you here if you're not careful, and Evdokia Chasioti is all about her credentials, (she'll throw her credentials at you to convince you to spend unnecessary money) with little to back up her ridiculous decisions for patients. Beware, they'll ask for your money to do unnecessary things. They have been reported to the General Dental Council who were not impressed by their money grabbing behaviour. Not recommended.

In response to your response: I have sent you an email regarding this today – I do not allow my real name to exist on any Google page, that is a fair approach – my stance regarding how your practice dealt with my prospective treatment does not change and the informal report to the GDC was made, a formal one has been written now that I have had time to reflect and will be sent when I decide I have all the information regarding this incident.

Google Bad Review (2):  I ve been trying to book an emergency appointment at 11.20 and I have sent all the info. Received a notification at 11.23. I have been waiting all day long in pain with an abscess and my face has swollen and now at 17.53 they have sent to me an email. This company is just a JOKE!! At least answer straight away if you can or NOT !!!DO NOT LET PEOPLE WAIT IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE ANY EMERGENCY TREATMENT !!!
