Google Bad Review (2):  Regular customer , 2 minutes from establishment. Every order delivered with complimentary prawn crackers which the dogs absolutely love. Placed order no prawn crackers so the next time i asked for the prawn crackers for the dogs and did not look at the bill until 4 or 5 orders later and noticed all of a sudden they were charging me £2.30 for a portion of prawn crackers !!! Now if you know what prawn crackers are made off then you will realise why I am so upset as a regular customer to be scammed like this.
If you live in the area there is a Chinese restaurant next door who do deliveries and do not charge for prawn crackers and far less greasy . Phil.

Google Bad Review 1:  I’ve been ordering from Tangs for approximately 6 years now, the food in the earlier years was great. However now the food tastes stale and low quality. I’m not sure what’s changed but they need to consider quality over quantity. We have them a break because my daughter wasn’t happy with the food after a while and we tried elsewhere, we decided to go back to tangs and unfortunately this will be the last time. Our entire order tasted really weird as if it was cooked in old oil, not happy.

I dont know what kind of chicken that is but its rubbery, stringy and feels like an under cooked crab stick, I had a piece and threw up, its ridiculously bad!!
The egg fried rice is cooked on old oil or something as its so dark you can't see egg.
I really hope the delivery apps take these guys from their menu as its ridiculous how bad they are!
50 quid down the drain.. £5 of that was the egg fried rice that had no egg and was fried in old oil
So incredibly annoyed at this order

She brought me the soup I ordered in a plastic bag, which annoyed me,because why waste more plastic since I didn't need to carry the soup. I unpacked it and there was no spoon. I asked for one and the lady said that she doesn't have any spoons but will ask in the kitchen. No spoons in the kitchen. So I said that I specifically asked if I could eat there and asked if she expected me to drink the soup?

Food? I ordered a mixed seafood soup. What I got was a boiling water with seafood in it. Tasteless.

When i told them about this issue they didn’t want to hear my constructive criticism also the chips were so soggy it might as well of been mash up your game ho lok you’ve lost a loyal customer

Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely disgraceful, found a metal wire tag in my Singapore king prawn the wire was about 2mm in width and about an inch in length, I could have easily swallowed it. I called to complain but they reassured me my next order would be free. I stupidly called to make an order but they said my only discount would be about £7 off my order. If I had swallowed the wire it could have been a lot worse or the compensation cost would have been through the roof, yet all they offered was £7 off.
I've just had a call in panic offering me half the price of my order but I will never ever use this place again and I urge others to never use this takeaway.

Google Bad Review (2):  They reduced my wages. Originally the agreed working hours had been 5pm till 9.30pm, but they decided to take off my 30 mins pay and ask me to leave at 9pm! Average place, I would not waste my time. Mislead me. The shop has 3.1 stars for a reason, it could either be the rude lady taking orders or the hygene level. I have worked here as a delivery driver and can only say the staff are rude, always had to drive back to the shop as they do not understand how to take a customers order, burning my fuel. Please do not eat here. Lisa you need to improve your phone etiquette, if i was a customer i would end the call in your face! No manners
