Google Bad Review:  Broadly speaking, this care company not only would be the last thing on anyone’s mind to be engaged with as an employee but potential enquirers should avoid them if they wish to remain a clear minded and valued human for the rest of their life. Only one thing keeps alive this company, the naturally talented and hard-working carers, who are not treated in a proper way as they deserved. One of the owners, ‘Ja*ila’, who actually believed to be hiding for a longer time period because she allegedly had problems with the law now is back and seemingly likes to threaten her employees such as they will be fired and nobody will be able to be reemployed with other companies if staff won’t follow her not really loyal requirements. For instance, writing nice and attractive feedbacks over here, on Google Maps which are not really based on a real ground. Supposedly, as ‘Ja*ila' stated, carer companies have a system (which should not be legally operated) that is able to exchange details between care providers about their employees. Furthermore, the management is promising everything, as long as people’s situation is not being transferred in to their hands. They like disturbing if not harassing employees in their spare time, for instance, someone starts working at 6:30am to 21:30pm and they might have a short break in the afternoon, but coordinators habitually call him or her in to the office or require them to fill forms when actually they should have a very short and essential rest for a long day. Coordinators' rota and route-planning are absolutely incompetent. Also, this organisation pays way less wage then is expected to the most important people, to Carers. If one tries to ask anything they are entitled for, very likely the situation ends up in a disciplinary hearing where the not very loyal management tries to pull the status of a bad character on the individual and straight away they will stigmatise the poor soul who got into their trap causing potential distress to that carer instead of giving helping hands. Also, ‘Ja*ila' turns up and starts playing her childish games with her arrogant attitude and incapable professionalism alongside with wearing worn track-suit, whereas health care assistants and carers should be treated as a human being. From my personal experience as above, the management can be very arrogant and high-handed, therefore, it is recommended to look further for a lot better and brighter future alongside with more beneficial job opportunities by using other more competitive company.
