Google Bad Review 1: Awful customer service and attitude. The person over the phone was keep calling mate (like we know each other for a long time) and was speaking over me in a very aggressive tone.
On the report they wrote that the blockage was caused by wet wipes, even though they mentioned to the tenants several time that the blockage was caused by a big amount of “fat berg” poured down the drains by the restaurant behind our house. This issue has been going on for several years and the council has been notified several time.
The Company did not sent any proof of wet wipes causing this issue but they were contradicting themselves sending the photo of “fat berge” causing the issue. We also have photos from 2 witness who confirmed this.
We will take legal action after their contradictory report and photos.

Google Bad Review (2): On 31st July I telephoned this company as I had a blocked drain outside my kitchen and the cost quoted on the web site seemed reasonable. They said they could come round the same day. They arrived in the afternoon and immediately unrolled our garden hose to start. They did not tell me how much it would cost, but as I needed it done, I let them continue. They simply flushed the drain through, and checked that the water was flowing out at the manhole, but did not use any method such as rods to clear any blockage. This took less than half an hour at the most and when I asked the final cost I was told it would be £114. I was not allowed to pay by cheque and had to pay by card. This was considerable more than the amount stated on the website and barely 8 weeks later , the drain blocked again. It was obvious that the drain had not been cleared properly as it would normally be several years before it needed clearing again.
My usual plumber was coming that week to service my boiler and said he could clear it for me, which he did with appropriate rodding, a long plunger and using our garden hose. The total cost for all this work was less than I paid to Flo-well.
I feel I was taken advantage of by the company, and I recommend that prospective customers get a quote for work before allowing any work to be done.
