Google Bad Review 1: Extortionate pricing! Could not quote on price beforehand until seen what the issue was, but did not expect it would be this much. The lock was broken so needed to be replaced. Overcharged on a cylinder lock which usually costs £10-30. They charged £144 for this, on top of the call out fee + VAT. Total cost was £330. When leaving, the locksmith said that the lock was not very safe, someone could get in with a plastic key so always remember to lock the bottom! In the midst of a late evening panic of trying to get into our home, I believe they took full advantage of us. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Google Bad Review (2): Avoid using this company, I'm pretty sure they are running a scam!
We called their office a few weeks ago because our front door was jammed, we were quoted £50 so agreed to go ahead with it. The operative arrived (with his young son), he used one of our keys and just turned the lock using a pair of pliers, pretty straight forward. He then charged us £270… We were in shock and when we questioned what the hell he was playing at he just said that was the cost for a ‘complex' job. Not sure how they can justify forcing a key which in total was 5 minute job complex. I emailed the office after calling to request a review of this situation. No response, I've chased again however a further week has passed without any response. Shady AF, use anyone else but these crooks! Completely unprofessional and disgusting customer service.
