Google Bad Review 1: I am disgusted at the level of service provided that upon arriving for an appointment I was told the person had called in sick and I SHOULD'VE been contacted, which I wasn't! They are dealing with people's lives and time and this affects people's mental state. It took me ages to get the help I asked for after numerous messages left and no returned calls, and now this! I am NOT impressed! Something like this would make even the most sane person insane!

I was told I was red flagged due to various issues and I chase them every week and get the same answer, we will get in touch soon. It will be soon. We can't tell you much more. What will it take for me to get seen? My dosage of antidepressants has been put up and the depression has got worse and this doesn't help.
