Google Bad Review 1: I made an appointment for 2.45pm today 5/10/2020.
I had to take the day off from work for this appointment and reschedule everything because the wait time to get and appointment for this
Dental practice is ridiculous. I received a call from one of the receptionist at the front Desk I believe her name was Lynn. She called and said there was an emergency and had to cancel my appointment there was no apology or sympathy in her voice this isn't the first time I have spoken to her on the phone and been happy with her tone. So I asked whats the emergency she refused to tell me. In my eyes there should be an explanation as to what has happened if you have had to cancel my appointment on the same day. Then 20 minutes later she called again and she said oh we have a cancellation at 12.30pm today, and if I wanted to come in. So I have been messed around today because of this incompetent rude Receptionist (Lynn). This old lady has not an ounce of customer service. No compassion when she speaks to you over the phone or in person , never smiles at you considering she is the first point of contact when you enter the dental practice, she shouldn't be at the front desk. customer service goes a long way and she sure doesn't have it. I will be taking this further. On the positive the dentist I saw was lovely and the younger receptionist that dealt with me was lovely.

Google Bad Review (2): Please address the issue with receptionist/dental nurse!!! not wearing her face mask Danelle and denist who said that it was unfortunate but we are doing we can service. After paying for the for the ppe Very upset and we are all paying for dentist to wear the protective ppe. Perhaps this might appear on your website???
