Whoever is pricing your stock needs to sort it out, it’s ridiculous, just because the shop plays current music & is trying to present in a boutique way you think TKMAXX prices are acceptable. charity works at both ends of the scale, it is a shop for people without much money to buy some clothes as much as it is a shop to help the cause, the sad thing is all of this overpriced stock is just lining the directors & managers pockets with extra cash. 1 of the managers alone is on £150,000 a year plus bonuses…

Google Bad Review 1:  I decided to try this hairdresser and I went last weekend with my mother. The website looks great and I had not trouble booking over the phone. I was told that only one stylist was available and for the second appointment I had to book a more senior stylist, therefore I bit more expensive. I decided to go.
When we arrived we didn't wait long and then two stylists approached us and told us to follow them. I asked who was the senior, but they told me that the senior was busy and therefore two junior stylists would have been assigned to us. I was ok with that.
To make a long story short, they started to cut our her. We both wanted short hair style. My stylist was ok, but my mother's stylist made a mess. She couldn't cut her hair properly and made lots of mistakes. My mum was shocked. After few attempts trying to explain the stylist what my mum wanted, I asked that someone would substitute the incompetent stylist. The manager arrived. She didn't apologiesed, she wasn't friendly and she barely said few words. She fixed a little the horrendous haircut of her employee and then disappeared. We were accompanied at the door only by the stylist that cut my her, while the incompetent went to hide somewhere. The girl at the door offerd me a loyalty discount voucher which I promptly refused, stating that we wouldn't comeback anymore and we weren't happy with the haircut.

There was no apologies by the manager nor the stylist. No customer service at all! They have charged us like nothing happened. Unacceptable low professional level considering that the price starts from £36. Was that a stylist who cut my mother's her? Is this a joke? Don't go there, I won't recommend it!

I am flexible so I come . Yesterday i booked 5 pm and then they called me and asked me to come 4:15 . I was away so I said i will drive as soon as I can come in. I arrived 4:17 and they refused to do my hair! Because I was 2 min late. I felt upset as a regular customer. Rude staff. I dont recommend them at all

Google Bad Review 1:  I decided to try this hairdresser and I went last weekend with my mother. The website looks great and I had not trouble booking over the phone. I was told that only one stylist was available and for the second appointment I had to book a more senior stylist, therefore I bit more expensive. I decided to go.
When we arrived we didn't wait long and then two stylists approached us and told us to follow them. I asked who was the senior, but they told me that the senior was busy and therefore two junior stylists would have been assigned to us. I was ok with that.
To make a long story short, they started to cut our her. We both wanted short hair style. My stylist was ok, but my mother's stylist made a mess. She couldn't cut her hair properly and made lots of mistakes. My mum was shocked. After few attempts trying to explain the stylist what my mum wanted, I asked that someone would substitute the incompetent stylist. The manager arrived. She didn't apologiesed, she wasn't friendly and she barely said few words. She fixed a little the horrendous haircut of her employee and then disappeared. We were accompanied at the door only by the stylist that cut my her, while the incompetent went to hide somewhere. The girl at the door offerd me a loyalty discount voucher which I promptly refused, stating that we wouldn't comeback anymore and we weren't happy with the haircut.

There was no apologies by the manager nor the stylist. No customer service at all! They have charged us like nothing happened. Unacceptable low professional level considering that the price starts from £36. Was that a stylist who cut my mother's her? Is this a joke? Don't go there, I won't recommend it!

Google Bad Review (2):  I have been a regular customer over there. I have thick hair. Their online booking appointment is useless. Whenever I book they call me and ask me to come earlier. I am flexible so I come . Yesterday i booked 5 pm and then they called me and asked me to come 4:15 . I was away so I said i will drive as soon as I can come in. I arrived 4:17 and they refused to do my hair! Because I was 2 min late. I felt upset as a regular customer. Rude staff. I dont recommend them at all
