Google Bad Review: Charged double for a area A two years ago, they did not send the booking email, denied it was the're mistake when I showed them there was nothing on my junk or emails. I called Hotmail regarding the problem and they said I hadn't received anything that might of been over looked. I was told I wouldn't have to pay again if i showed proof of calling and obtaining evidence from Hotmail but then was asked for repayment when I tried to re book.. Oh yes and on top of that very rude and unhelpful people with attitudes, not empathetic. No customer service experience what so ever. Not bothered and sound very Lazy. I advise you for your own benefit do not waste your time, effort and ESPECIALLY money with these people.
