Google Bad Review 1: Awful second time nails ruined one hand the nails are shorter than the other the filing is done so poor and rushed wouldn’t be returning! They also keep changing there prices every time I go it gets higher until you say something to them about the price they change it

Google Bad Review (2): I wouldn’t even give 1 star. I’m actually disgusted how rude this place is. I got my nails done ombré here and the woman said in front of all the customers ‘why are you nails orange’ I smoke so it’s obvious why my nails are orange and you don’t say them kind of things in front of customers as it is rude. Who knows I could’ve had a medical condition and they are sitting there laughing and sniggering about me. Also they began to speak about me in their language and laugh as they kept looking at me, I found this very rude and disrespectful. Also, as I was paying they changed their price and added £2 extra even though they told me how much it was going to be on Facebook messenger then gave me attitude and didn’t stamp my loyalty card. You’ve lost a loyal customer as I been in here 4 times and I recently just moved to the area, so I’ll be going to a different nail salon as my experience here is now ruined. I wouldn’t waste your money coming to this place when all they do is speak nasty about you, rush your nails and try to overcharge. I’m not the one to be writing reviews but I felt very offended.
