Been calling for days to book a table so went in person only to be told they don’t have a land line installed
So why advertise a telephone number if you don’t have it
Wasted journey as they was fully booked. On plus side must be good as it was mid week
But does look small and not many seats

Google Bad Review (2): I went here with my wife for our Wednesday night date night and was completely disappointed with our experience. We had pre booked a table, this was very successful. We were met at the door by a very pleasant waitress who showed us to our seats. So far so good. We ordered our drinks, and our food. A sharing starter and two separate mains. All sounds good up to this point then it all happened… Then the starter arrived. Placed in front of us were some overly breaded pancake rolls and crab balls. When we cut into them they were still frozen… so not only were the starters not cooked to 75c they were not kept at the hot handling temperature of 63c, because they hadn’t even got past the freezing temperature of -18c. So of course we sent them back! The re-arrival of the starters then came… clearly the same ones…. still at the ambient temperature of the South Pole! This was just not going to do, so back they went. The third time the starter arrived… cooked in the centre of the sun, or a microwave! This food was clearly not fresh, nor were the microwave technicians able to cook well. Then the main arrived, well if I was to say it was what I expected from a Sri Lanka restaurant I would be telling you a lie. I expected fresh flavours, fresh ingredients, and a fantastic aromatic taste… what I got was a quick sweet and sour mutton with some rice. This was not at all what I expected. Then the bill came…£45 for both of us with not a single discount for the appalling food nor a voucher of good gesture.
I will not be visiting there again nor will the people I work with or the people that I communicate with for the rest of my life… Very unhappy. I noticed that the experience I have encountered was not a one off… just look at all the reviews.

Google Good Review: A hidden gem! The food was phenomenal and a nice change from the usual food round here, full of flavour and would definitely come again! Can’t recommend enough! Bonus that they do great cocktails
