Google Bad Review 1:  I've booked an appointment for my wife and we received a confirmation via email shortly after. We went all the way there and she told us “Sorry, I didn't confirm the booking and the automated confirmation is not how it works” this is misleading and a waste of people's time.

Google Bad Review (2):  I am baffled by these good reviews. I went to this salon because they advertised 50%discount for new customers. I was told My haircut would cost £20.00. So I booked an appointment. When I arrived at my appointment time I was greeted by a man, I later learnt to be the owners husband. The owner is the only hairdresser I had to await an hour and 10 minutes. The hairdresser never acknowledged me or apologised for being so late. She spent a lot of time cutting my hair. I was so disappointed with the cut. I asked for shoulder length layered hair, but she cut it to my neck!. There is no shape and no style to the hair cut. It lays very square around my face. She asked for £34.00, when I disputed the price explaining her offer to new customers and her quoting me £20.00, she said she cut a lot off and it would be £34.00. Incidently, she also charged the woman before me the full price, but she stood her ground and said she would only pay the discounted cost, as like me she was a new customer. I would not go there again, I am so unhappy with the cut. So be warned about her offer. To end in a good note, she was pleasant to talk to whilst she cut me hair.
