Google Bad Review (2): UPDATE: I have now had more than one expert fitter visit us to look at the quality of the install and the grass. The installation was completely wrong, (so that is nothing to do with Perfect Grass) but the grass that Perfect Grass provided me was the last roll and I am pretty sure it was sold to our Rogue Contractor for a discount price. There are serious crease marks in the grass as a result of it being the last roll. I would expect Perfect Grass to stand up and admit they sold a cheap patch of left over grass and replace it. The fact that the owner of Perfect Grass refused to step in and take a look at what he is sold us is disgraceful, citing that he does not want to lose business from the rogue contractor. I fully agree the installation is shoddy, but supposedly Perfect Grass are not.

Supposedly Perfect Grass are a reputable retailer, but my experience with their Grass is anything but. They have sold a dodgy patch of Artificial Grass to a knowingly Rogue Contractor who has made a mess of the installation for me and done a runner. I contacted Perfect Grass when I found out that I had been conned but they refused to step in an assist me, as they did not want to lose business from the Rogue Contractor. We are in the process of taking legal action against the Rogue Contractor “SouthEastDrives&Patios” and as a result and are formally reporting them to HMRC for the fraud cash-in-hand business they are running,
