Google Bad Review (2):  as a first time buyer, we were excited and bouncing for our first purchase. this changed. not only did our solicitor (i wont name and shame so lets call her “”Matalie Follins””……) NEVER phone us, but she made a process which should have taken 3 months tops only to make it more than 6 and not speak in simple english. her favorite words “its self explanatory”. she only used legal jargon, deleted parts of emails, lied, lazy, NO COMMUNICATION and the list goes on. it took her nearly 3 months to get replies and would constantly ask me what to do as she would never advise us. she really didn't care and has no morals whatsoever. we ended up having to change solicitors and had to complain, we are going to SRA for the way they handled our case as we ended up losing out on the property because they took so long we had to rent to avoid being kicked out our current rental because they didnt care about our personal circumstances. she didnt even introduce herself to us when we were appointed her, didnt set up any meetings or go through our paperwork and would only reply on a friday evening. i had to chase up EVERYTHING, literally everything. never answers phone. you have to be desperate to use these guys. The sellers even used the same solicitors and still couldnt get the sale completed. worst experience, nothing but stress. DO NOT USE. i would give 0 stars if i could, not worth a penny.
