Google Bad Review 1: This review is very personal and calculated to inform customers like myself. At 3pm on 23/11/2015 I went in to get some stationary printed, bearing in mind this was my second try of unsuccessful attempts to get some papers done. Surely this shouldn't be hard for these people its there job right.
In this second and final attempt, i wine in the young guy if I'm correct his name was nick anyway doesn't matter, was doing something on the computer went in with the general hello had NO response, i continued waiting for few minutes until he decided to turn and look at me to say “YEE” which i allowed but found very strange. I replied “i have a CD with all my requirements i need business card, letterheads and comp slip”. i then placed my CD which cost my time, money, and effort to get it to that stage he handled if like it was nothing. He then got it all on the screen and asked me “WHAT DO YOU WANT”. Then out of nowhere he rants about how he has 101 jobs on and that he was busy. Im sorry i do not know that you're busy frankly i do not care you're door was open and you was open for business so i walked in.
That remark was the last straw, i said to him dude thats not how you deal or talk to someone especially a customer i was a paying customer and very serious with my custom drove all the way from welling on my day off. I requested my CD back and gave few words of blessing and serious advise on how to talk to customers because there were no remorse or apology throughout the time i spent in this place and then walked out. This kept me angry for the rest of the day such a wast of day and travel to the place.
this was totally waste of time these guys are angry with themselves, don't want to do the job and with my second unsuccessful visit i will not be using this place again and would ask the other potential customers to make their own judgement when using this unprofessional company.
