Google Bad Review:  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If anything is unsatisfactory you will be fobbed off for weeks with no action taken. The carpet clean was so disastrous that I got a specialist in to take a look. After a re clean, I supplied photos and written evidence from the specialist of the poor job that had been done previously. All this has been offered up but little interest in sorting this out after a month. Small claims court to get my money returned is the next stop.
UPDATE. Since posting the above, the company have addressed my complaints and have finally fully refunded the cost of the original clean for which I am satisfied.
