Made an order online for Romanian money, i got the confirmation for the order that payment has been recieved and we will process your order. After 3 days U called them to find out that where is the money as I have not recieved it yet. The person goes to me Oh we dont have ot in stock so we cannot process the money and we will refund your money the next day. I was travelling in 2 days and now I dont have money to exchange as the money is held by whitehall fx. The person was very rude on the phone. He literally told me off and put the phone down.
I am definately reporting to FCA and related authorities. They have used my money for literally 1 week. I have all the details if anybody does not believe what i have recieved. Never use them

Google Bad Review (2): DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! Made an order online, didn't receive a confirmation email after payment. Asked if I should reput the order through and if they got my funds and I got an email saying ‘nice try'. I now have to report as fraud to my bank.
