Google Bad Review 1: I agree with the previous review. Ben Bass is a crook. We had them install new vinyl windows for over $10,000. They sold us windows from Accu-Weld who was going out of business not only that the windows had a known manufacturing flaw which caused the seals to break. The piece in between the glass was plastic not metal and melts which is the reason for this problem. Ben over-charged us, sold us windows from a company out of business which he knew about, and then had us pay him in full on December 31st which disqualified us from the $1,500 tax exemption. I am totally disgusted with the whole situation and wished we could sue him but it happened in 2009. I would never do business with this place there are out for your money and that is all. Buyer Beware and run from Builder Services as fast as you can.

Google Bad Review (2): I can’t speak to the quality of work as none has occurred. Just before Christmas, we discovered a leak in our roof. Our insurance company had a relationship with Builder Services & so we moved forward with them. At first, they seemed very on the ball and came out quickly. It’s now February & no work has been done. They have said that they were waiting on the insurance company. The insurance company says they are waiting on Builder Services. Similar to another reviewer, we notice the one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing problem. They are all courteous and promise to follow up with you tomorrow but don’t.
