Google Bad Review 1:  I called to enquire if they certify documents & the receptionist clearly had no idea what I meant I by ‘Certify’ not very reassuring. I then asked the cost to which she waffled & explained the solicitor wouldn’t charge me a ‘mad price!’ I asked again for her to confirm the price to which it seemed she made up a price on the spot! £50 they wanted to charge me! Disgusting here every other solicitor in the area charges £5!! Just shocking behaviour from a receptionist who clearly has no clue! I was then told I should take my business elsewhere! I did I went next door! Awful experience!

Google Bad Review (2):  The most shity service I ever had.
Booked appointment for 1600. Reached here and receptionist told me the person already left home and forgot she had appointment with me. Told me to wait and another person will see me in 10 mins. Waited 1 hour and the person finally turned up and on phone dealing with someone else and left without even saying anything. And then receptionist is closing down the office and I'm still sitting there. So I left felt embarrassed.
That careless women name is SUE and this guy was Mr rizwan.
