Google Bad Review: This firm cares for my mother who has Alzheimer’s. They have been the subject of safeguarding complaints for failing to deliver the care package. Instances when care is for 30 minutes the carer has left after 7. If the review could give0 stars I would. A third rate bucket shop operation allocated work by LB Croydon purely on the fact they are cheap. Use them at your peril.
