Google Bad Review:  This company does not refund your refundable deposit and charge you £230 in fees when doing a reference check. I suspect they did not even do a credit check and just bank every applicants deposit knowing full well there is no properties for rent .I suspect this is a scam and I will be reporting them today for theft of my withholding deposit to Caterham Police, their bank Santander ,my local MP, Croydon council and to all the housing and rental associations.

I would advise you all to have caution when dealing with this company.
