Google Bad Review: I am very disapointed with high flow services. My boiler was making strange sounds and I called them out on Saturday. Due to no availability we agreed a visit on Monday but I was not informed at all of the £80 call out fee! After the inspection they insisted I needed a new gas valve, yet they were very vague in explaining what was the issue which left me suspicious. I decided to call another engineer at no inspection fee, and he concluded there was no problem with the gas valve, and fixed my boiler right away. High Flow did not perform a proper check, did not identify the real issue, capped off my boiler and send me in a goose chase for a gas valve at the price range of £400!! They left me without heating in the winter with two kids…I would never recommend High Flow, zero professionalism and scamming people! Stay away…
