Google Bad Review: I've just been to this pharmacy to collect lateral flow tests for me and for the person have been looking after since COVID, who has an underline health condition and is really terrified about the virus. The lady did not let me explain why I had two codes and was very rude and said they did not care about the government or NHS website, they were just giving one per person because they were too low in stock. This can make sense if the person is collecting two for the same household. Unfortunately, she kept shouting at me, with anger without giving me the chance to explain the other one was for a person who does not live with me, but to who I help. She went on and on and when I said I think you have said enough we should finish this conversation she said fine, don't ever call or come back. I have never been treated with such disrespect. If I knew where to put a formal complaint I would do it, this person should not be working in a pharmacy, as clearly does not have manners, customer service skills or the right human attitude o listen to what people need to say when collecting medicines or other related products. This woman was very aggressive and had no consideration for other customers when she was shouting at me.
