Google Bad Review:  Left feeling very disappointed at the end of my experience with the elite osteo. After spending a long time viewing the results on social media and seeing the life changing treatment people were receiving, I took the plunge and booked two appointments for £300. I had bad back pains for 6 years and thought this would be the place to finally be relieved of them, but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. After the treatments I was left feeling very sore, and was assured the pain would subside after a few days and continued after treatment exercises, however even after the pain still didn’t disappear. After a short while I decided to travel abroad to see specialist doctors regarding the pains, and was diagnosed with Scheuermann’s disease which is an unnatural curvature of the spine. The specialist doctors advised that any osteopath who would be treating myself should have been able to recognise the unnatural curving of the spine just by visually assessing myself and should not have continued with any form of spinal manipulations as this could amplify the issue. Upon hearing this, I felt rather disgruntled as I had paid a lot of money for treatment which should not have taken place as it posed a risk to my spinal health. I reached out to osteopath Usman and explained my situation, requested I be refunded for my treatments as simply they did not help whatsoever, rather they worsened the pains I had been experiencing, and I explained that as I am having private treatment for the issues abroad I would then be able to put that money towards funding the treatment. I had reached out in good faith and believed I would be refunded as when meeting Usman he seemed to be a very nice and understanding person, which I do not argue he is not, I just believe this time he got it wrong as I was refused any of my money back. I believe as a business when things go wrong or the service provided doesn’t actually help the customer, then the business should in good faith return the payment made to them for the service. The positives of the experience was meeting Osteo Usman was very pleasant, we had a good conversation and he made me feel at ease during the entirety of the treatment.
